Who we are
GetRemedy3 is a service of Farrington Development LLC and the sister product to GetFound3. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use getremedy3.com and the customer portal.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company), the remedy requests and sites you ask us to work on, activity generated while fulfilling those requests, and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal information.
Credentials you share
Credentials provided so your agent can implement fixes are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only server-side while an approved remedy is running, displayed only in masked form, and removable by you at any time. Each access is recorded in your activity trail.
Payments
Stripe processes all payments. We do not store card numbers. Your card statement may identify Farrington Development LLC.
Transactional email (remedy updates, receipts, account messages) is delivered through Resend. You can reply directly to any message to reach us.
Data retention and deletion
You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting info@farringtondevelopment.com. Vault credentials are deleted immediately upon request.
